General Guidelines:

       • You can cancel at anytime.

       • Sponsorships are a minimum of 6 to 12 months.

Full Sponsorships:

       • Monthly cost and set up fee are covered by the sponsoring company; there is no cost to you.

       • After 90 days, you can terminate the sponsorship and pay a discounted monthly fee of only
         $45 per month for the Platinum package.

       • Your sponsoring lender and/or Title Company will be the automatic choice for the respective
         fields.

       • You can select another title or mortgage company for any of your VMRs at anytime once the
         VMR has been created.

Partial Sponsorships:

       • Only $25 per month and $45 setup fee.

       • After 90 days you can terminate the sponsorship and pay a discounted monthly fee of only
         $45 per month for the Platinum package.

       • Your sponsoring lender and/or Title Company will be the automatic choice for the respective
         fields.

       • You can select another title or mortgage company for any of your VMRs at anytime once the
         VMR has been created.
